ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we are insured. We will provide proof of insurance upon request.

ARE YOU LICENSED?

Yes. We are required by law to be licensed in the state of Florida.

DO YOU OFFER ANY ESTIMATES OR QUOTES OVER THE PHONE?

No, we do not offer estimates of quotes over the phone. Every pool and job is unique and different.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR A SERVICE CALL?

In most cases, you do not need to be home for us to perform service. We do ask that you be available by phone so that the technician can make you aware of what needs to be done and the cost of the repairs.

WHAT LANGUAGE DOES ELSA SPEAK?

We speak both English and Spanish!

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO GET MY POOL INSPECTED ?

It is important to get your pool inspected to permit healthy swimming as well as to make sure everything is running correctly.
